How this site handles your data.

In plain English, because that's how I'd want it explained to me. Last updated 12 June 2026.

Who I am

This site belongs to Lemon Insights Ltd, registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Anything privacy-related, write to me directly: chernandezjr@lemon-insights.com.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, I receive what you type: your name, email address, company, what you're interested in, and your message. It's processed by Netlify (this site's host) and lands in my inbox. I use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. No marketing lists, no sharing, no selling.

Analytics cookies — only if you say yes

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you'll accept analytics. Until you accept, nothing analytics-related loads at all. If you accept, two tools run: Google Analytics, which gives me anonymous usage statistics (which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from), and Apollo, which helps me understand which companies visit the site. If you decline, neither loads — the site works identically either way.

Your choice is remembered for 12 months on your device. You can change it any time: .

Booking a workshop

Workshop bookings run through Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace company). The details you enter there — including payment — are processed by Acuity under their privacy policy. I receive your booking details so I can run the session you booked.

Embedded content

The homepage plays a short film hosted by Vimeo, and the site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser talks to those services, which can see your IP address as part of serving the content. Neither is used by me to track you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how it's used, and take a copy elsewhere. Email me and I'll sort it. If you're not happy with how I handle it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

How long I keep things

Messages you send me are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they're relevant. Analytics data is held under Google's standard retention settings. I don't build profiles of individuals from any of it.
